Couple of basic ones here. Not the ones I'm looking for, but they give you a basic idea. The other point to remember with the jackable slicers is that the top of the main strut on the arms that bolts to the chassis should push up to the bottom of the welded seam on the sill when you have the jack on it. It stops the slider bending too far upwards, and braces it against the strongest part of the bodywork as such. The first pic is a welded on one, but that has the best chassis brackets of the two, if they were drilled for bolts instead of being welded on.
Oh, that's right, put me last on the list again. It's okay, it's only me, don't worry.............
sorry guys there in no particular order,i need to prep surfy for some major mods so if all goes well i should get onto start making the sliders in a few weeks.
vatch / mattf, what do you think of these? (pilfered from another thread) i quite like them, something like this would be superb, maybe with a 3rd chassis mount?

Can my order for jackable sliders go down as something along them lines then, when you get the chance, not worried too much about the fancy shaped bit at the end, but i like the basic design. Cheers

yea shouldnt be a prob, hope to get round to doing something on the orders within the next couple of weeks.they will cost more than the standard sliders though.
That's the type of bracket I was referring to. The bit stuck out at the rear is to kick the backend out if you're alongside a rock/stump or suchlike. If you do some serious trail work, might be worthwhile having that little hump at the back.
