i'm on airport duties for mother-in-law, was checkoing there flight info and thought i would have a nosie in and see if there was anybody on.

how do i stop getting a cached version.

every time i come onto the forum it is sitting at the place that i left it the day before, and i have to refresh it all the time.

Load the page the hold the Ctrl button down and press F5, this will reload the uncached/current page.
