will i need new shocks with this or will mine be ok & how do you wind up the torsion bars

They will fit with toyota shocks ..........But its worth checking if they are ok or leaking before you do the work ......Best place for shocks is Tonyn as you'r in da hood

if you can weld then then you can lengthen your panhard rod by cutting and welding it.

i have s.a.s and was thinking of getting the rear springs off roughtrax which say they have a 2" lift which sounds good but how do i lift the front to match and is there anything else that needs to be done i.e brake lies e.t.c

Your cheapest option is Milners 20% stronger springs. The front is lifted by tightening the torsion bars. Easy to do with the correct size spanner.
Just jack up the front wheels and tighten the adjusting bolts which are found underneath the truck (one at each side) about midway the length of the truck.
Going this route nothing else has to be done. :

i did get stuck a third time when i was balanced on the hump up on the track
