  • Need Help with belts, numbers and places

    Hi guys,

Would like some of your knowledge on best places to get or manufactures of Fan belt, water pump belt and air conditioning belt.

Also the order parts number if you know them.

Its for a 1992 Hilux surf ssrx turbo diesol (green)

The garage who has my beauty 379 miles away say that the parts HAVE to come from Toyota, so id like to be one step ahead by knowing the parts number and prices to compare their prices to.

    Please help!

Give Steve Manley a call at Inchcape Toyota at Kidlington. You will need your VIN number and model number.

He can tell you the exact cost of the parts. Just ask him to provide a price, or you can call the local Toyota dealer to where the truck is.

    Steve's No ; 01865 291 333

Why? Sounds like you need to get someone else to do it!!

Any Toyota dealer will get you the parts with your Model No, and the Frame No. But you'll pay for it.

If you try your local factors, they should be able to cross reference what parts you need. You could always ask your local Toyota dealer for prices and part numbers, then if they cost more than you are willing to pay, use their parts codes for cross reference.
