Getting hold of a donor isn't the main problem, finding space to carry out the work is!
I'll have two vehicles in various states of disassembly!

Could try tweeking the rear brake compensator a little, I've done on vans before to get moe rear brake power.

It does help quite a bit.

Eeek, bit scary unless you know what you're doing. The LAST thing you want is the rears locking before the fronts, unless you're really fond of reversing through obstacles at high speed!
