Footman James let me down

Just had my renewal from Footman James up to £405 from £384.
Told as usual if I better quote get back in touch

Rang A Plan, £294

Rang FJ back and was kept waiting 10 mins on the phone only to be told best we can do is £385.

So much for three years of business with FJ.

Now with A plan. I could have phoned aroud but £294 is a good quote and I didn't even tell them how much FJ quoted!

When will insurance companys reward loyalty with the best deal every time upon renewal

Covers me for the Surf, Celica, Cherokee (did I just own up to owning one of them?), my kit car and my van for work.. oh, and I can drive anything I have a licence for TPFT also.. The Mrs is coverd also and she had an accident last year.. so all in all not bad.
