    Have to aggree! had ours about the same time, sucks like a goodun, have a job to get it off the carpet, trick is clean your filter and carry it by the proper handle, that why its called a carrying handle,

      You can't beat an upright cylinder with the hose and floor nozzle. Dyson's are
      for poofs.

        They are rubbish though. For the same price as a Dyson you could buy ten cheap hoovers and just bin them when they lose suction.

          Couldn't agree more. Tried one once and detested it with a vengeance. For
          true cleaning and dust pickup, Dyson's are a waste of time and effort.

                but this year down here they have actually been treating the rails with sandite for the autumn to stop the wheels spinning on the rails covered in leaves so they have been getting prepared early this year

                  You're right it is Network Rail. Just shows how long it is since i've been on a train excluding the channel tunnel recently.
