i felt really bad last night when i pulled up alongside the 1st gen...


...but, tonight, i had a minor emergency call from a regular customer of ours who'd left his passport at home and had only 2 hours to get it to him, my dad was fully booked and could do nothing, and my cab currently has no rear bumper/lights on it until tommorrow (if i don't dawdle!). and i had to rush to alton, pick up his passport from his rather tasty mrs, then up to heathrow.

No need to rush, he won't be going anywhere tonight or tomorrow by the looks of it.

half way there, and this popped into my head, and i got a little worried that he may change his mind and want to go back home. then i'd have been screwed, because obviously can't take customers in unlicensed/non-hackney insured motors.

unless you're a foreigner and live in slough...then you can do what the hell you like and the councils bother you not!
