  • Mud in me doors!

I keep getting mud in the back door lining, around the wheelarches (no the plastic hasn't warped in the summer heat! ). Anyone else had this problem and/or worked out a cure? (apart from buying a 2ndGen! )

is it on both sides of the surf or just the one...if it's both then maybe its a design flaw!

you may be the only 3rd genner who actually goes through mud, so you may not get too many replies...

        i'll stop now!
i swear, it was like that when i got here...

Both sides, I guess you're right about the design flaw. I feel some draught excluder might be in order!!!

Maybe its because hairdressers dont normally go offroad.

                    yeah they do!

but it's normally in an mx5 while doing their make-up in the rear view mirror and the offroad is the grass verge next to the motorway.

Nope I dont suffer from mud getting in my rear door lining's,mainly cos mine is a 2 door 1st GEN.....dont you just love

                      .

Try using duck tape to seal up the lining's.

It's not ducks that are the problem!
