Best way to mark out the hole in the outer wing is to masking tape the wing and then tape the foam gasket to the wing when you know where you want it and and draw the holes on the masking tape you put on the wing first and you will have the shape of the hole the snorkel goes through and the bolt holes . You need the holes slightly larger then the bolts and snorkle for clearence , so a little mishap wont show . Make sure you paint the exposed metal to prevent rust .
As for the inner wing , thats different , good luck with that one .Rick...Member of 1st Gen club. ONE LIFE ... GET ONE !!

If i've interpreted the pictures right,
1. Fit's onto front crossmember? Bolts through the two large holes on the front? (and any underneath?)
2. Goes under the chassis rail and bolts up into the chassis rail in 2 or 3 places?
3. Bolts to original bumper mounts?
Can someone either confirm or correct please? (or just tell me to get back in the cupboard and not be so stupid)=========
