I was quoted 350 for pump strip, seals and reset but I chose not to and to just keep messing, it has taken me over a month as I did not realise that this is a bench set item and soon as It gets altered it is very hard to return it back. I have today how ever got it bang on and the journey was hard! after I got it near I looked at the position on the photo from this link, that showed me factory position. I would warn anyone not to mess with this as it can go wrong. ok that has been set to max power with no smoke, what can I tweak next :P.....no seriously :-)

i suggest you do not make any changes to the fuel pump, unless your happy that your injectors are spraying correctly, and that your induction system is faultless.

I really do hope you're not just referring to the message which that link displays? The Oz site don't ban anyone without good reason, btw, if they have indeed banned you at all.
