Do you know if this PIAA lamp is a driving or fog lamp?

The lens looks to me like a Fog Lamp, yet there are three wires and it is fitted with a
H4 60/55 w bulb, leading me to believe it has high/low beam?

Obviously I’d like to know so that I can wire them up properly.

Could be a headlamp. You can buy that sort of thing for kit cars.

If you can wire it up to a car battery, & you should be able to tell by the type of beam pattern that it gives.

Are there any part/reference numbers on the back? then put it into google & see what comes up? or look on PIAA's website for a cross reference.

This light is a fog light. I have the same lights fitted to my truck. They are wired to a proper wiring loom on my truck.
