In a vain attempt to get my fat ass up through the sunroof & get a better view of last nights fireworks, I rather pathetically lent on the wind deflector & cracked it. Can anyone advise:- 1) Is it easy to get a hold of another one? 2) Is removal of the existing one lilkely to involve much swearing & loss of blood? 3) Is fitting the (hopefully) new one a similarly painfull process?

These deflectors are like hens teeth to buy second hand. Managed to persuade an eBayer who lives locally to sell me his so I'm pretty chuffed with myself.
Removal / fitting is a doddle, it is held in place by 4 spring steel clips which locate in slots around the sunroof opening. Simply tighten the screws in the deflector to lock it in place.'Tis better to sting than to be stung!
