if i inadvertantly degassed my air con whilst getting to the faulty alternator is it a good idea not to put the belt back on in case it is out of gas/lub and seizes up? been doing a search on it and it says that they can break if they run dry i think???? can really afford to get it regassed at the mo as am going to have to fork out for a new alternator
. also has any one had any success with the diy regassing, is so, is it a problem that all my gas escaped upon removal of incorrect bolt
sorry to keep asking questions but its your own faults cos your so dam good at giving answers!
