how dare you label 90,000 BT employees w*nkers, sure there are good and bad in all proffessions but don't tar us all m8, and don't call me a ****er.

I was referring to BT as an organisation or lack of it,and not slating engineers or any other staff,infact it was a case of BT saying that they didnt know that a new pole was being fitted when I rang them,so it was a lack of communication.

So I apologise if you take it personally,it was not meant to be taken that way.
