Anybody had bother with explorer uk?
I ordered a full set of es9000 last week which arrived within 24hrs - great.
but the bottom bushes supplied for the front shocks are too small- 12mm ID - I need 14mm ID.
I rang them and emailed them describing the problem - and they were apologetic and said they would send the correct bushes.
two days later they send out one bush without the steel sleeves.
another phone call and another day later (another day with surf off the road) I receive two 14mm ID steel sleeves.
I have rang and emailed again and I'm still waiting for the bushes.
I'm going to loose my cool very shortly
I wonder is it possible to bore out the original undersize bush to accept the 14mm Sleeve - I've never tried to machine rubber before - may be possible to freeze it to make it hard first before machining???
any help or advice greatly appreciated - i'm surflesssss!!
    Everyone thinks I'm paranoid!!

aye - been there - my rear shock bushes were a tad tight, but the front ones are 2mm undersize, and no amount of lube will allow me to squeeze it into such a small hole. fnurr fnurr

My ES3000s came with the right bush for the fronts already on, but the rears came with a second bush in a little plastic bag along with a bunch of metal sleeves. I was quite surprised that the fronts didn't come with a similar bag of bits.

You may be able to use the bushes out of the old shocks?

Dont try your old bushes as they wont fit properly! I had the same problem & had to go back 3 times, Luckily they're not too far from me.

Yes - the mounting bolt is 14mm dia. - if you're changing yours soon - i'd get out there now and soak all associated nuts and bolts with wd40 and again whenever your can.
