Electric Windows

On my old 2.4, you could still operate the windows from the drivers switches for about 30 seconds after the ignition was turned off as long as the door was open. I found this to be really handy as I'm always getting out the car and realising that half the windows are open.

However, my new 3.0 doesn't seem to do this. So, questions are... is this a standard feature? And if so, why doesn't it work on my new one? Anyone offer any pointers?

My 2.4 did the same and my 3.0l don't

if you was driving a 2.4 , 3.0 dont seem to have that gizmo,

its probably because if you got a 3.0 you got enough sense to make sureyour windows are closed ,

on the other hand if you drive a 2.4 ...................we wont go there
