I'm not watchng, could'nt even tell you who's playing.

I know it makes me a strange bloke but I don't watch football, apart from the world cup 1/4 finals on, and I don't watch criket either.

Motor racing, motorcycle racing, sailing racing, that's about it.

I'm a rugby fan, played at school, university and for two local teams until giving up a few years back...if you are down on the pitch after a tackle in rugby, you are either dead, unconscious or have broken enough bones to be immobilised...if you are down after a takle in a footy game, they score you out of 10 for the dive - $$$$$$ girls!

No arguing with the ref either - I played number 8 for years - and got sent off a few times for arguing (into the sin bin for 10 mins) whereas in footy its a free for all - jump on the ground grabbing your knee if someone knocks your elbow, God, it's pathetic.....and the fans don't feel the need to destroy everywhere they visit either......sorry, did i say a bad word in the first post?? ooops, didn't mean to....

I still do my training workout, and have the same physique from my playing days...makes buying suits a difficult task - 37" waist, 49" chest, 18" arms and 19" collar.....off the shelf doesn't fit...

Oh Mrs! You're newly married. Shouldn't be having thoughts like that just yet!!! Got to agree about the football though. Can't get interested in anything but the World Cup. The league is just too commercial.

Why not? He would have similar thought if a fit bird walked past.
