I don't know if this will help but my local bearing supplier here in Australia has all sorts of stuff which includes hose clamps of different shapes and sizes. These include the type for supporting single hoses and combination such as the type you need. These usually come with a rubber material around the inside of clamp to protect the hose. Hose suppliers may have them as well. Might give you an idea where to look for what you need.
Hi mate, dont have one of those but i do have some rubber lined "P" clips,
perhaps you could bolt two together, that would work, bolted to a short peice of strap, if i remember i'll pull a couple out and post a pic of em, then you can see what they look like, we used em to secure heater hose on the busses, Ian
