Why is it that whenever you fix one problem, another one takes over. Started
off with the new top hose peeing coolant out at the 'stat housing end, so nipped
it up. Then the leak shifts to the new temp gauge sender on the 'stat housing, so
took that out and resealed. Today, it's on the 'stat housing hose to turbo hose
that decides to leak. Wouldn't be so bad, but apart from the rad top hose, the
other two have been fine with no leaks for weeks. I think I'm just having one of
those weeks.
Just a thought - your rad cap not faulty/stuck, creating excessive pressure in the system?

Nope. First thing I've been checking is that the expansion tank level is rising, and
also that it's been sucked back in once cold. I might replace it just to be on the
safe side, though. With the amount of times I take it off for draining/refilling, it's
always possible it might not be working at its best.
