  • Why not soya?

    Right
I've spent days reading through all of the previous veg oil posts and decided to help save the planet!!
Found some KTC at Costco for £8.55/20litres and chuckled happily to myself.
THEN noticed it was G M soya oil.
Question. I've read somewhere that using soya causes problems, but also know that a few 'good people' are using Costco's finest KTC.
    Which way should I jump?
Always in the sh1t. Only the depth ever changes.

From what I know soya congeals and gums things up, I'm using 100% rape seed oil, it runs well with less emissions but smells like a chip van which is ok but makes you feel hungry lol

As long as you mix it 50/50 with diesel, you'll be OK

£8.55 for the tin, £9.15 for the box.
I'll give it a bash at the first opportunity, oh, and I'll try the oil as well.
Just been sent three vouchers from my local Tesco. £10.00 off if I spend £30.00. A prize to the first person to guess what I'm gonna buy.

You forgot about the £10.00 off. That could be another three pairs. and a pound left over.
But with THREE vouchers, I could by 40 pairs.
                        I win.

I asked for some simple advice and we run to two pages of drivel.
