i am okay with the price and the pic is lovely and i
will like you to understand that i have my own shipper who will come
for the pick up of the car,So, My mode of payment is
by banker's draft which is going to issue out behalf of my client
who is owning me and he as agreed to pay me back, so i
will offer the car £2600 and My client is owning me £6,600
I will inform them to issue out the check to you as
soon as you get the cash it deduct your's which is £2600 and get
the remaining fund wired to my shipping agent company
which they will make the arrangement for the pickup cos
immediately they get the funds they will make some
paper's with document and come for the pickup the next day hope you
understand the situatuion so i will be looking for
this information so that the check can be issue out to you.

This is a well known Nigerian scam, don’t reply to the email.
Your phone number is available to a buyer via ebay as well as your address.
Don’t give out any details of your bank account.
In the next few weeks you may also get some emails pretending to be from ebay or paypal they look very convincing but will ask something regarding your password needs changing or similar.
Just delete the email do not open it.

If you do get mail that is supposed to be from ebay and paypal there is a way to check - if you use Outlook, you can check options - open the mail, then select View/Options

ebay (who own paypal too) have their own mail servers, scammers can't make their mails come from these, so any email from ebay will have xxx.xxx.ebay.com. If ebay.com is not shown at the end of the Received: line of text, then its a scammer.

I've had this loads of times from ebay. One guy was supposedly shipping my slammed and customised car to Nigeria (suitable roads for a car 1/2 an inch off the floor?! ) and another to be in a film in Hollywood.

One guy from the car forum I used to be on had this done to him very early on when people first started selling cars via ebay and these guys deposited the extra money they said they would and someone did actually turn up to take the car away. He ended up with the bank trying to collect the money from him that he had handed over, plus he had no car

it seems you just cannt sell your vehicle in peace any more,
mines up for sale as well, but mine is only in the local rag and im getting phone calls from London tel numbers asking questions and txt's off internet companies offering to sell it for me or they have a buyer lined up for such a vehicle at that price.

Had a email of e bay to day . what a waste of time they are .as this may end up as theft if some one is stupid enough to do as asked this would be theft and then a police matter . but all they said was dont ans emails . They got my number of ebay some how so i would say ebay are at fault here
