To all the HGV drivers on here. Have you any information about driving in Canada? They seem to be on a big recruiting drive for UK truck drivers over there. I don't know what the score is, but it sounds quite interesting. I wouldn't mind living in canada.

And of all things, they got loads of water which is going to become one of the most sought after commodoties in the future. Water!
Visited there a few years back - it's stunning. And cold.Another member of the 'A' team

I have found a few links that tell you all about it. Here they are. If you go into detail on the bottom site it tells you what trades are needed in the different regions. At least two are desperate for long haul truck drivers.

Look what you can buy for your money out there. Just look at this property for an example. 4 bedroom house and 160 YES, 160 ACRES all for £61,500. Don't that make you sick.

Here is a link to some truck driving jobs in Saskatchewan. I bet there is no Polish over there taking all the jobs!! There are a lot in the oil and gas fields too.
Jobs, they have plenty. The best thing is, as the Sas government is desperate for drivers, they fast track your visa application.
