        I've had 20 concrete blocks and four bags of sand plus four bags of cement in the back of mine when I still had the original springs fitted, which were sagging but still drove o.k. if that helps. I haven't seen any specifications on load carrying so can't help any further.

        Try to get most of the weight between the rear doors, i.e. in front of the rear wheels.

                  I think only the pick-ups can carry that weight, as they have leaf springs.

                      a transit connect only carries 825Kg... surely that's classed as a commercial??
