    bought a couple of batteries today for my surf
    bought them home tonight to fit ,one was a type 072 590 amp which seems allright , the other was a type 088 570 amp which the bracket to hold the battery dos'nt fit so could someone please give me the code for the passenger side please so i can change it tomorrow

    089 is the only code I could find.

      my passenger side battery is 80D 26L- MF and the drivers side is 68AH 570amp sae

        Mine are both the same but sided ie. - + + - and so were the ones that came with it on import!!!

          Hi Dave, Dont know if this is any help, numbers are from the receipt from toyota for my batterys,

          BATB3- BATTERY (MVP) T28800-YZZAG
          BATB4-BATTERY (MVP) T28800-YZZAH
          Dont know which is which but dealer will be able to tell you, Ian
          Too young to die and too old to give a toss
