Fish on Friday

Tam phoned up on the way home from work and suggested fish and chips for dinner . Yum ! So my order was placed :
1 large cod
1 portion chips
1 gerkin
2 pickled eggs
1 cod roe

Tam said I was being greedy , so I changed the large cod for a medium .
When she came in I was told there was no cod roe , so Tam got us a large savaloy and curry sauce instead. Just polished the lot off with a dollop of mayo and some ketchup .Oh and 2 cans of Guinness .
Bang goes the diet again !

gherkins are never as good from a chip shop as they are from the strange german sausage lady after 10 litres of HB in a tent full of germans and austrians.


dunno what the sausages were, but i thought they were cigars and couldn't light it!

Update !

I have already heard from the combination of the pickled eggs , gerkin and Guiness , air freshner anyone ?

I just had Toad in the hole 5 sausages in a huge batter pudding,spuds,carrots and peas and now I'm having 2 individual syrup steamed pudds and clotted cream.

fresh raspberries banana with ice cream clotted cream with sprinkles too
as terrie found sprinkles in cub.
