  • 'Stumpy' Aerial

My aerial has just stopped going up and down. I think the nylon rope has snapped, but too lazy to check it right now.

I just wanted to know if I was to replace the aerial with a 'Stumpy' on efrom the Forum shop, will the rear speakers still work, or will I have to bridge some wires?

I've always found the rear speakers go off if you retract the aerial. if there is not mechanical retraction, do the speakers stay on all the time?

    Thanks
    Dave

Will a non-mechanical aerial stop the rear amps from working?
