Help, looking to go on holiday to Scotland . Inlaws have turned into outlaws!
so now lost use of holiday caravan . Any ideas pointers as where to I can hire
a touring van for two weeks end of August. Have towed before.

Best bet is to go to a caravan dealer and pretend you are interested but have never towed, owned a van before. Explain that you really want to buy a van from them but want to try your hand first. I once did this and they offered to loan me a van for a week. In the end I did not bother but he who dares wins......... You could offer them some money for a try before you buy rental.
