The Sumo sleep record has been broken........ some of you might have seen that picture of yours truly at Salisbury last year,you know the one of me resting my eyes after an arduos day off roading (ok so it was only lunchtime but at my age time passes at different speeds).The point is that at least I made it to lunch time,this picture was taken at 0900 and as you can clearly see Da Witch is out for the count and she had only been for 2 hours

I had choccy cake last night . The neighbours who could not make it to the party invited us round and cooked a lovely roast followed by pud and then a choccy cake with a candle one . I still got some left , and the one Tam got me !!
Bang goes the diet , I lost a stone .
