your on the list.I never planned anything for the sunday as i thought people may want to do something on their own or whatever.You can pay when you get here.As soon as i get the final price for the toilet i will let you all know but it will be looking like £35 inc off roading, toilet and 2 nights camping or an extra £10 if your in a caravan so making it £45 all in

........Richard is there a childrens menu for the pub?

i spoke to the landlord again and he does'nt do a kids menu as such but he can do things like sausage,dino burgers etc but will need to know what the kids want in advance so that he can get stuff in .

If people can let me know also by the 19th of August what they would like from the menu on here then i can get that put in to the pub aswell.There is a restaurant style menu aswell but i havent got one at the mo but if anyone wants one to look at then i will see if i can get one put on here.

I would also like to know for definate if possible by the 19th of everyone who will definately be coming too as i have to see the farmer to confirm the numbers for camping etc and the off-roading.

Who is coming down the A303 or A30??

Our usual route to Cornwall from here is A303, but not sure if the others will do the M4 instead of M3???

We can meet either route. I'm assuming we're heading down during the day Friday??

We'll have the dogs with us too - hope thats ok?

Not fussed about the loo, we'll bring our own.

1 x Chicken Caesar salad, and 1 x Chish and fips for us please.

Thats no prob i will order the 2 but obviously it will cost another £5 per vehicle to cover the cost

Also as long as we have enough people to cover the £200 for any amount of vehicles for the off-roading then we may be able to save some money there.
So if there is anyone wanting to come and join us for the off_roading on the saturday you are more than welcome to help keep the cost down as low as possible
