Who is coming down the A303 or A30??

I'll probably be joining the A303 around Sparkford/Illchester. Not sure if I'm going down Friday or Saturday yet. I'll have to see if I've got anymore holiday left and try for Friday

The dates are the 8th 9th and 10th Sept it is £5 per night for a tent or sleeping in surf and £10 per night for a caravan.On the Saturday i have arranged for off roading which will be £200 for the site and any amount of vehicles or £20 per vehicle depending how many turn up and then off to the Cornish Choughs in the evening for a p--- up and meal and on sunday nothing planned at the mo.

Just to let you all know that the farmer says it ok for you to take your dogs as long as they are kept in the field and under control as there are free range chickens in the surrounding fields.I did ask b4 about the dogs but seeing as there are a few that are wanting to bring them i double checked again today.
I know that it is still a few weeks away but i think it would be helpfull if we could start to arrange the meeting points and times and if possible for everyone or most to finally meet at Exeter services and then we can all convoy down together.There may be some hold-ups at Bodmin where they are building a new dual-carriage way but hopefully wont affect us too much.

Richard - can you check with the offroad site too as sometimes they forbid dogs. Cheers
