Andy Dawson and Sancho have dropped out.Da Slugman isn't sure yet whether he can make it and i havent heard anything back from Kitesurf Phil or Bobafatass.We still have a few possibles that might be able to attend so i am keeping everything crossed that we get more coming just to keep the price down.
I have just been up to the pub to give the food order in and the landlady has said that if there are any more that want to go that will be fine.The restaurant area only seats about 26 so anyone else she says will have to sit and eat in the bar area if they dont mind.
So come on everyone get your names down for a good w/end,off-roading bbq's p1$$ ups and fun

Is there anyone else who wants to join us on the 8th 9th 10th September
bbq and beers on friday night
off-roadin on the saturday and meal and p-up in the pub on the night.
It is £5 per night to camp or surf and £10 per night for a caravan. It will cost £200 for the off-road course or £20 p/vehicle and also the price of 2 porta loos to be included when i have the final number wanting to attend.You can join us just for the saturday off-roadin if you want and the pub in the evening.Dogs welcome too

As you said ian family comes first and thats the same as me.If i organise one for next year i will start it earlier to give people more time to arrange things as it is a long journey down to here just for a w/end
