  • How much are these worth ?

I hope Koi will excuse this , as they're already for sale in the parts section.
I've been trying to sell a set of 5 x 31x10.5x15 Colway MT on alloys for quite a while.
I was hoping for about £200 for the five , but after several enquiries for just the alloys/tyres or even just the spare , I put them on ebay as I need the space and the money.
I set the reserve at £150 , which I thought was more than fair ......it's only £30 a wheel + tyre.
Anyway it only went to just over £100 so they didn't sell !
Please tell me what they are worth , am I being unrealistic ?
Here is the old ebay ad with the photos

    Hi,

you are not being unrealistic asking £30 per wheel/tyre, however as I found they just aint shifting on fleabay at the moment

From Personal experience I had much better luck flogging them here than on fleabay.

I just bought a set of brand new 16" alloys, Genuine toyota, all matching, never had tyres fitted for £150. They are the ones that come on the 2005 Hilux pickup and are £400 each from Toyota.
The ones you are selling are not particulally sought after, unlike original 3rd gen wheels that can fetch £200 for four in a scruffy state.

I'm sorry to say that you will struggle to get £100

Perhaps you are right , but that would work out at £20 per tyre (less than half price ) and all the wheels for free
I never claimed the alloys are in great nick tho' Who would fit pristine alloys on an off-roader ?
As there are plenty of surfs around here , I'll have to try the free ad papers.
        Thanks for the help tho'
