I have had so much fun with them over the last month, well when I say fun I really mean 4 hours on hold while they try and come back with an answer......then suprise suprise the same answer as last time ........please try again tomorrow.......

I incurred a bill of £6 trying to report my line fault the other week when Btinternet were trying to update my broadband - I had intolerable long waits only to bo told to call the other side

On the radio last week, I think it was Powergen who have finally admitted defeat and said they are moving their call centre back to the UK. Maybe they'll all see sense eventually

I called the local branch of my bank the other day, ended up talking to someone in India who then put me through to my branch, which is all of 1 mile away!

I have found that some Indian call centre staff speak better English than some UK call centre staff. At least they didn't try to convince me that my PIN was a word.

Having said that, I did have to explain to a foreign call centre that what they said was impossible was actually compulsory under English Law, and since my contract was "governed by English Law" they'd better stop telling me that it can't be done and go and do it. Took them all of 10 minutes to do it.
