    Just got a letter from solicitor t**t who hit car last month is blaming wife, saying she was on a mobile phone and pulled away without looking, what a C**T just hope the solicitor is able to nail the lying snake
    if a politition is talking its lying

    I guess if he can prove she was on the mobile he would have a case . I have heard of prosecutions using the phone bill as evidence .
    Maybe not what you wanted to hear , but if she wasn't on the phone you'd be ok

      Been intouch with o2 getting calls in and out and times that day, to proove our case the trouble is how many people just like the wife call loved one anyone to explain whats happened??????, been intouch with solicitor and they say this is getting more and more common, an easy argument apparently, jesus im fuming

        borrow family members pay as you go phone, make sure they didn't use it at this time and submit that as the phone she uses, that way they can check phone's own call register....may work
        i swear, it was like that when i got here...
