  • Rotten s*d !!

Last year when I MOT'd the Runner Ray advised a patch be welded on the B posts on both sides as the was a hole and he felt it was to near the seatbelt mount for this year .
Now my mum always said if I played with my belly button it would fall off . This is wot happened when I proded around the OS B post

Only joking mate . Jon has a dislike for welding cars , especially rotten ones . In fact I also hate welding cars ! Its always a dirty job to do and always rot you are trying to weld near .
Not to happy as my compressor went bang when I was sanding down the area back to good metal . Think its 'dropped a valve' as its blowing back through the inlet port .

You will be suprised , they all go where mine has ! Mine looked fine , but it had been repaired before .That's why the Americans and Canadians sell repair sections .
I recommend you remove the interior trim and give it a good Waxoyl in there , I will do mine when its welded and painted.

New a new head gasket now , for my compessor thankfully ! Had compressor for 11 years and never missed a beat , until now . Found the manual and it says to retorque the heads (2) down after 4 hours running . So that would have been a little late now !
Did check the other head and it was loose , so retightened down .
Better order 2 head gaskets then .

All done now , MOT'd last month , just finished the paintwork . Had to do gloss black as the grey I have is a poor match and thought it would be worse if not a good match like the repaired section on the 1/4 panel . I have put stonechip on first to give a little protection and loads of Waxoyl inside the panels .
Got to refit side steps or Tam cant get in .

Added a bit of bling to the front
