whats it worth ?

I have a 95 3.0 td gx 4 runner with 130.000 miles on it in good nick,stainless exhaust. years test. , had a couple of bits of rust on tail gate and passenger door that have been repaired.

uses no oil or water and has been a $$$$$$ good motor to me. a friend of mine has expressed an interest in buying it.
Whats a fair price. hes a good mate so im not looking to make a killing just a fair price.
