Every one should go onto this link and vote NO!!!, Its time they didn't get their own way even if it is a good idea, it shows them they can't dictate to others all the time

the bit between the tides is crown estates land and does have a right to roam on it anyway(most of it..) i think we should also allow them range west and those intersting bits down by plymouth. but only when the red flags are up
The entire UK foreshore between high and low tides is accessible to the public. Has been since time immemorial. Because of that, access can NOT be retracted (Note to RA: this does not need to be specified in an Act of Parliament using the word "foreshore", it is already covered in previous acts relating to public rights of way).
What is not currently given automatically is the right for walkers to traipse across land to get to the beach. The RA seem to want access to go wherever they ****well like. Disrespectful little [edit]
So, if any of you own property adjacent to the coast, expect to see daytrippers wandering through your gardens.
Is it just me , or does "Squeamous" need tying to the front of my truck the next time i go off road, prefferably on one of those that he has had us banned from!!!!
Thank my luck stars i don't live next door to that knumb nut!
