Nuffin interesting going on here - Dr Tony gave the Surf a minor service on Monday and sorted a couple of issues .......

Oh yeah - got to drag the caravan, Jackie and the kids down to the Loire on Friday night/Saturday morning !

If I can arrange for some kind person to have the kids for the week I'll be able to bring back far more booze .......

Gettin new Glow Plugs on the Surf just now. Then gettin loaded up ( must remember camera)

7/8 Hour ferry journey via Coll and Tiree though Better look out my sea legs!!

Rather you than me - I did Oban to Lochboisdale in '83 during a force 11 - I spent over 3 hrs hugging the big white telephone ! After that I always took the Lochmaddy - Uig route and stuff the extra mileage.

It's beautiful on the islands, we spent 3 years on Benbecula and loved it - do Logan Air still land on the beach on Barra ?

I used to go out with a Girl who's Father was from Isle of Lewis, as far as I know all the rest of there family still live there.

Thats me just back from Barra. Yes the beach is still the airport. i'll maybe post some pics later. What a place. Stunning!!!!!
