  • Langdale quest 16th July

    Right folks.

A few of us Northern types are considering doing the Langdale Quest. Its in North Yorks inland of Scarborough. Its the biggest in the UK at 10,000 acres!!

I have suggested the 16th of July (sunday) as an initial date but we can change if needed.

It would be a good day out for those of you that have kids as well from what I am told and either the jungle or alpine courses are said to be suitable for those of limited/no previous experience.

Anyone seriously interested in coming please tell me as soon as poss and I will handle the arrangements.

I will probably be there as we go up as often as possable to use the xpass which also allows me on the extreme course but we have not managed to get round it in a day?

So are we meeting up and just paying on the day then folks?

If so how about we meet up at the junction of the A1 and the A64. This is a roundabout with a lay by off of it just outside leeds. We could then travel up the A64 and on to Scarborough in a surf convoy.

                            Al.
