Yeah, it's a pain alright!!
But now you've started, you HAVE to carry on!!
IMHO, they do look better with them off, tho, so it's worth the hassle. I was quoted £50 a side to remove them by a local car graphics place. I initially thought 'pah! no way!!' but after a while, I was tempted!!!
Always thought I'd do one side, and get them to do the other, but the French sun helped me out a lot!It just does, OK?

Took mine off a couple of monthes back using a caramel wheel/eraser wheel. Took two night shifts as the battery on my drill kept going flat after 20 mins (and took 1 1/2 hours to charge). After T'cutting and polishing, I can't tell where they were, and it does look much better plain sided.
Do a search for caramel wheel, as this has been mentioned many times.Gone from 4x4 to 1x2

I meant to do a search on the forum.
I got mine from ebay for a supidly low price, it took 1 1/2 caramel wheels to do both sides and remove all those anoying stickers on the tailgate that the previous jap owner had put on. The best bit was that the wheel not only took off the decals, it also took off the adhesive. The end result can been seen below, I would like to point out that it looks nothing like this now, due to a trip out with Danno.Gone from 4x4 to 1x2
