      Cheap but you dont get a lot of lift with them , it's a case of using blocks and things to get the wheels off the ground .

                        What you really need for lifting these haevy cars is a farm jack or at least a 3 tonne trolly jack with a good lift height. I already had one of these cheapo 2 tonne before I got my Surf and quite frankly it's useless if not downright dangerous on a big 4X4!

                        As an earlier poster said you will end up putting blocks of wood and stuff in between the jack and the chassis before it will even begin to lift the car. This can be very unsafe and unstable.....

                        I got hold of an old 5 tonne farm jack from a sale- here seen in action using the weight of the rear end to undo an over tightened nut!!!
