Hi I have sprung a very small leak in the radiator header. Is it wise to use Radseal or the like, ie will it work and is it a wise move? If not what is the best course of action?

take it to your local rad specialist and have a new header fitted ,they all go in time its a machining fault from new, they are thinned when they are pressed in the factory.i had mine done about a year ago and have no problems since , short term drain the header tank clean off the paint and solder then just wait for it to appear in another place .just one thing to remember the surfs cooling system relies on pressure to work so any pin holes result in a drop in pressure.
