A339 Newbury - Basingstoke Road

Has anyone seen the blue Surf at the old Greenham site on the A339 just before Newbury. It's sitting outside security with the rear end up on ramps. Looks like it has had a good 4" of lift, and has off road tyres and custom rims. No reg number on it. Is this vehicle for sale, or display?
