Whatever it is, it isn't a standard fitting.

No electrical connections just two rubber pipes and I cant tell what they carry
although there is a slight leak at one of them and it looks like oil.
Wether it may be air carrying oil (as in a breather) or oil I dont know I darent
mess with it till I know what it is and does.

To make guessing easier, try taking a picture of where the pipes come
                from and lead to.

The hoses are connected to the Turbo by the looks of it so I'd say it's a bleed valve. Install a boost gauge if you do not have one to see how much boost the turbo is producing. Then you can play with it to see what happens.

Errr Dunno (as all posts talk about bar pressure) guage goes round to 0.9 square metres (Kg/m2) on guage when I floor it (there is a red line after this) is this OK???

Just done a search on google for DIMOS and it seems to be either the name of a semiconductor company making electronic gizmos, a rather bling car jewelery item or a holiday location in greece. or it could be some french roofing nails!
                          I'l go for electrickery!
                          HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!

Do you mean Kg/sq.centimeter. If so then this is around 12.8 PSI so it looks like the boost has been altered. This is about the max you would weant to go.

Dimos seems to be some company that made components for altereng the ECU etc for engines. I can't find any info about them except to say that a member on the Aussie site once explained DIMOS as " a double implanted MOS chip". Your unit has no wires so is not electronic. I'd say they also made other items such as yours.
