Sack the lot and employ dodgy east EU workers. 50p an hour and saftey aint an issue. I supply my slaves with tea AND coffee and even let 'em take the S/H tea bags home after the 14 hour shifts, saves on overtime payments ;-)

This may sound harsh but I run a small precision engiinering company, we can't get decent staff for love or money, its now getting common place to hire these EU workers. example of a company we are considering buying currently has 2 polish workers who do 16.5 hour days for £6.50hr one of them actually lives on site!!! not something we are happy with but its one way of competing with the Chinese.
