breakers networks ?

Has anyone had any good experiences with breakers and spare parts, or the 'breakers networks' ? I'm looking for a spare wheel (preferably a standard alloy) in scotland, but haven't had any luck locally. Is is possible to ship wheels without it costing a fortune ?

Or is there anyone on the forum ?
