Used to be Road Fund Licence when they pretended they put money back into roads. Now Vehicle excice duty....a fee for driving a vehicle. I just renewed mine....£190 for 12 months. It comes as a square of paper with the 3" disc perforated to make it easier to remove. The perforations actually make it easier to rip it into something resembling the outline of Australia.....
