Barrnsley Mecca of the Surf Socety

Although I live in Sunny Doncaster I work for my sins in Barnsley, and lo and behold I have spotted 9 different Surfs this week alone ! ( No I am not an ex-Eddie Stobart Spotter !) I was even burned off by one of the Newest machines I have ever come across all silver with all the extras but sadly lacking in macho charisma , looked like toyota had added a shogun sport front to it, Question, How would such a new machine get licensed for this country ?
