Stereo for Surf 3rd generation. What have you got?

Just wondering what kind of stereos one could get today for this car? I'm talking about the big, monobloc ones that fit the entire panel space on the dash (as opposed to standard ones). Could one get a combination of various entertainment media, ie. Cd. mp3, md, dvd, s(atnav, possibly)? What kind of equipment do you guys have? Any web links that I might have a look at? ThaNKS.

Not necessarily double din stereo, initially I just thought it would look neater without an extra whole in the dash. Knew a lot less about this stuff 1 hour ago.

you can get a pocket to fill the gap if you wanted to get a single din unit i have the pioneer avic-x1r it,s a cd,mp3,radio,tv,dvd,sat nav all in one with a 6.5 inch flip out touch screen great little unit if thats what things you need
